     The moisture in the Plastic Resins (Hygroscopic and Non-Hygroscopic) will effect the surface finish and quality of the molded component. We have designed a compact and economical HOT AIR HOPPER DRYER to overcome this problem.

 Insulation Jackets :
 
 
Elmec Insulation jackets are made up of 3 layers. Inner layer is made of fibre glass cloth, Middle layer is made of 50 mm thick fibre blanket, Top layer is made of abrasion proof glass fabric which resists both dirt and plastic material. All these material can withstand temp upto 600° C. These insulation jackets are made with holes and cutouts wherever it is required and so it is easy to install over the barrels of Injection, Extrusion and Blow molding machines.

* Reduces power consumption from 20% - 30%
* During the process, the heaters are switched off for long time, thereby increasing    heaters life.
* Working atmosphere remains more comfortable.
* Initial heat up time decreases considerably.
* These insulation jackets have special fixing arrangements, so that they can be easily    removed and fixed.
* These insulation jackets can serve for a very long period, due to abrasion proof    materials.

 Ovens :
 
 
The presence of moisture in palletized plastics results in impairments such as poor surface quality, internal voids & loss of physical properties. These defects can be overcome by removing the moisture by preheating the plastic material using ELMEC PRE-DRYERS

Mould Temperature Controllers
 
 
One of the important factor, to be considered in moulding of engineering thermoplastic materials is mould temperature. It is very essential to maintain optimum temperature in the mould while processing, to obtain perfect and precision moulded component. Elmec Heaters & Controllers has designed a compact mould temperature controller that heats and cools the mould to maintain optimum temperature in the mould.
